SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Status:  Full Time Employee

Job Locations:  Positions available in Greenville, SC , Knoxville and Tri-Cities, TN

Requirements:
Technician with in-depth experience installing, starting up, trouble shooting and servicing water and/or wastewater treatment systems.   A comprehensive  understanding of the theory, application and operation of water treatment technologies including membrane filtration (RO, Nano, UF, Micro), EDI, auto-deionization and their related components is necessary.    The position relies on an overall understanding of  water chemistry, math and engineering principles.  Skills must include excellent communication, planning and organization.  Candidate will be  team oriented, customer service minded and flexible. Must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, be detail oriented and have good people skills.  Polished professional, quick learner, accuracy  with detail work and good mechanical skills are necessary.   This is a hands-on job; those unwilling to get their hands dirty need not apply.  Previous service and/or operational experience with demonstrated and verifiable success is required.

Typical Duties:  installing, starting up, trouble shooting and servicing water and wastewater treatment systems for customers in a variety of environments.  Carrying out routine maintenance associated with long term service contracts, including own-operate systems.  Completing checklists and writing reports summarizing equipment status and recommendations.   Most work carried out independently in the field, interfacing with customer maintenance or  engineering personnel.

Salary:  Salary based on experience level.   Furnish salary expectations with resume.
